a fully sleeved bottom end is about $2800 from us. and one stage below that would be an unsleeved block and is about $1800

2800 dang thats hella expensive.........Are you just gonna rebuild it stock or high performance? If your rebuilding it stock it should cost you no more than 300 bucks....but for high performance, it'll cost around 2300 bucks....

Actually its a fair price... see if you can price this out for me:
our Stage 4 $2800 block includes

HONDA OEM OTR Oil PUMP
HONDA OEM bearings
Honda OEM seals
HONDA OEM Water Pump
HONDA Bottom end Gasket kit
RS Machines Sleeved Block
Arias Pistons with Rings
Eagle Rods
Bore, Hone, Hot tank, decked
micropolish crank
assembly

This setup is good for 40psi and more of Boost
can also be bored out to 84mm/2.0L to even a 87mm bore all motor monster.
This block is the works.. its what you call Fully Built bottom end.

Thanks!

Watch out for other build ups that may use non-Honda bearings, or aftermarket oil pumps, etc. These are factors in making a price a bit cheaper. We don't cut any corners at all on the parts. just good ol'e reliable Honda parts as much as we can.

OK price is about right for the fact that your including the oil pump, water pump, and all the seals....But it still a lil high cause i can get one done for way cheaper just considering the build block...

darton sleeves
CP pistons, Arias, JE ( any kind) w/ rings
bearings
Eagle rods
Micropolish crank
Balanced crank
hot tank, bore, hone, deck
aseembly

Done by Bensons Machine....

This setup is just as good as any other....
This setup will be around $2200...as for the seals and other stuff..just get it yourself

So Benson is going to install your Darton Sleeves even though they manufacture their own sleeves. Thats like taking your Honda to a Volkwagen deal for service. Doesnt make sense. I think The price above is very reasonable. I have spent much more on reqbuilds already. deff stick with OEm pumps and gaskets and bearings and such .

darton sleeves and the sleeves that benson use are the same material....so does it really matter....i think not...Also benson will do everything himself...he's tired of having wokers in there that doesn't really care about putting out a good motor. so he's doing all the work himself now....i just got a block out a week ago and that thing is sweet.....I paid only 1600 for fully build LS bottom end for LSvtec Turbo...

im not debating the materials. all the sleeves iu have seen are the msae material. But im saying you are sending Dartons to someoen who makes their own sleeves, seems funny . im sure if you let him use his own sleeves it would have been much cheaper. Thats like sending AEBS sleeves to Golden Eagle to install. I dunno maybe its just me.

but still those rates sound wayyyyy too low for what your saying. you have to be leaving something out . If he was building full built blocks with everything replaced for$1700 he would be insane
