i am in the process of doing my head and when i pulled the cams and looked at the markings on them i see that the exhaust has a M stamped on them and the intake has a J stamped on it
it is a gsr head and i thaught that gsr cams are stamped F on both cams
and skunk2 cams have a M stamped on them
just looking to see if anybody knows what cams i have

uh, you can't go by those letter markings, they're not a reliable or consistent way of knowing a B16A cam from a GSR cam or any other vtec cam for that matter.

The best way to know what cams you have is to look at the cam ends, distributor side of either camss, there you'll find distinctive characteristics of how to tell cams apart. Take a look at my vtec cam page here to better understand:
