Default To sleeve or not to sleeve???

I am lookin for at least 300-350 whp or be able to run at least 16 or 17lbs of boost. Would you think I have to sleeve or just go head get rods and psitons???
I have some people telling me not to sleeve and some telling me to sleeve. I know with sleeving it is like extra insurance with the block.

This all going to be done on a ls. What would you recommend?
