HELP need instructions to replace worn valve seals! Copy of Helm's pages?
Can someone please help me out and give me a good description of how I would go about replacing my valve seals with new ones? This is for my Acura Integra 96 B18C1 motor. Planning to replace all the intake and exhaust valve seals. If you have any advice at all I would be happy to hear it. Thank you very much! 
Does the B18C1 have self adjusting rocker arms or are they shimmed?
