Stock tach not working after swap

Already did search. I just finished a 99 b18c1 swap (99 wire harness, p28 ecu) in my 93 si and the tach isn't working? Can some1 point me in the right direction?

You changed the ECU right if so try reseting it

nope, same p28, has been reset maybe 4 times already

did you double check your speedo sensor? its on top of tranny in case u didnt know. make sure everything is intact and working properly

did you use obd2 harness?? if you did you will need to run 1 wire from driverside shock tower harness to distributor.
