Hi there folks, I'm new to this site but am in desperate need of help caus my civic is dieng slowly and in need of a doch motor, can anyone give me some tips to where I can find one. Thanks and hope to here from someone soon.

 

Search the web....there are multiple places that sell motors. Tell us what you find and we can tell you whether they are good or not. I could tell you but what would the fun in that. I have been searching for people all day and I am quite tired of it.

Try looking throught the sponsor forum for websites that sell motors. There is a thread in there from one sponsor that is selling built blocks...provided you send a core. You could buy that and a used B16 head and B16 tranny and slap it together....some wiring...the proper ecu and bingo you are on your way to N/A or Turbo.

yeah check online do a search... jasper motors sells excellent remanufactured engines.. at the shop i work at we have used alot of motors in all sorts of cars from jasper a little pricey but you get a nice warranty.. not sure of the website look up jasper motors on a search.. also you local junk yards a great cheap place to look

Yeah....listen to this man....for reals. If you don't know look for the osaka thread. And make sure any place you get a motor from does not get their motors from osaka.
