I just put a 99-00 climate control into my 96 civic coupe. It doesn't fit I know but I made it fit and I know the wiring is different but I wanted to see if anyone has done it before to help me do the wiring. Help me out if ou can thanx

 

i think the 99 is electric climate control, and i know for sure the 98 is cable. im pretty sure your gonna need the whole fan box thingy. dont know what its called, but if you look behind your dash in the middle, the black cable going to the heater core??? i think thats what it is, me = newb wires for fan switch should be the same, maybe slight variation.... get a helms or wiring schematic for both of them, that will help you out alot!!

Yeah I believe u need to swap out more things then just the wiring to make it work.

I know that the 96 has a cable I really don't care if the heat to cold works I live in florida so that doesn't really matter. I just want the fan to work and the vent controls to work thanx for your help guys
