climate control swap?

Does anyone know if you can swap the climate control from a 96-98 civic to a 99-00 climate control. Not sure if the wiring is the same or different.

99-00 is electric and 96-98 is manual controls. I don't think it's as simple as just swapping the unit. I could be wrong.
