Broke spark plug cover bolt/stud, Is this the right part?

I over torqued the nuts that hold the spark plug cover on and broke the
stud/bolt

. Is #20 in the following picture the right part?

Ha, I did that too. Makes me feel better I wasn't the only one. Those things must be pretty easy to snap huh

havent bothered fixing it, theres still 3 other good ones

Yeah, forgot to adjust the torque from 16lb/ft to 7lb/ft

Assuming this is a VTEC head, #20 would be the inner four. PN: 90014-PR3-000.

The outer four will be #18 on sub-section "CYLINDER HEAD COVER". PN: 90012-PM7-000.

The eight acorn nuts will be #21 on sub-section "CYLINDER HEAD COVER." PN: 90213-PH3-000.

I highly recommend visiting going to your local dealer and picking one up if you're just ordering one stud. The price of having it shipped is about the same price as the part.
