Default Clunking noise in transmission

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what could be causing my transmission to make an awful clucking/ slamming sound when I make a left hand turn? It smaks really loud and sounds like the axle is slipping or something. I dont know what it is. I have a JDM GSR Transmission in my car if that helps. Thanks...

sounds to me like your cv joint on your axle blew, either that or if you have an lsd it might have went on ya.

Out of the two, what do you think it would be. I also blew a CV boot tonight.... So you think it may be the cv joint? It is only when I turn. When I am straight the car is fine and nothing makes any noise and both wheels turn.

There's no doubt that if you're boot is torn that the CV joint is wore. Get that axle replaced ASAP, there can be some serious circumstances from a bad CV joint.

Check to see if you CV boot on the axle is torn or ripped. It sounds like an axle going bad.

Stock axles will be fine if you have a stock or lightly modded swap, no need for aftermarket axles............yet
