Every time I rev it up, its like it hits rev limiter at 2000 RPM. WTF ?

 

Sounds like a spark problem. Check yoru coil, ignitor, distributor. Check your wirings again. Check if you got everything wired up correctly. Are you throwing any cel light? If not try reseting your ecu and try reving it up again.

 

Also, check your grounds. Especially if you're not getting a CEL, then your car is missing and it's an ignition problem. Check the ignitor & coil as well. My NGK plug wires were rubbing against my IC piping at one point and that caused it to arch onto the piping and made the car miss from time to time. Fixed it and the car drove & revved smoothly.

 

as dumb as it sounds... are you running hondata? if so I would say make sure you don't have a launch control setting thats too low
