I think redline is around 7800-8000 - vtec engages at various points. great post BTW

yea alot of people get mixed ivtec engagement points. feels like i hit at 6k

 

alright, doesnt one hit at 4000 or so, and then i guess the other is at ~6k.

I think the 4k may be the base rsx, where as the type S hits at 5900-6000 rpm.

 

BASE should be @2,300
HYPE-S should be @5,900

With stock ecu that is.
