Default b18c5 recomended maintence schedual

ok guys i just wanan know what are the mileage intervals for all preventive maintence and tune ups on the c5 motor

look in user's manual...im too lazy though

For the extra insurance.. change it every other time you do your motor oil, other wise every 30k...
I change mine 10k miles

i bought my ITR with 67k on the clock, now i have 81k...i probably needs to be changed bad

EDIT: i change my oil every 3k though

That list is incomplete. For example, it doesn't show the interval for the timing belt replacement.

Your best bet is to get an Integra service manual or owner's manual. (You'll want the service manual anyway, if you plan to work on the car yourself.) You can get them here.
