Im gonna say not much at all, but I would change it if I were you if you're really tideous on your mechanics of your car.
Header isnt very cheap and the dent is robbing prossibly less than 1% of your HP.

.00534532 decrease in hp

a small dent is alright as long as its not so bad that its blocking the flow (think: bending garden hose)

Not comparable. One changes direction of flow one decreses diamter. Unless you meant kinking it..

I noticed no difference in power after denting my header and mine has a pretty big dent. Seriously it isn't hurting you that bad though.

My dent isn't terrible, but it's not's tiny. I'm using the DC JDM 4-1, the only header I'm considering going to is the SMSP, if I don't go turbo.

mines scrapped and created a little hole. Has anyone taken it to a muffler shop and had then weld on a little patch? That shouldn't be a problem right?

Nope...

I always see Alpha Romero with oil pan and header guards, why has this not caught on with honda's?

Yes, the dent will greatly decrease performance and allow overheating... Of couse depends on how large the dent is...
