Dented headers any good?
Having a header that is dented...is that ok or bad? Will it work the same as a header that isnt damaged?

It really depends on the extent of the damage. If the tubes start getting noticably smaller from being crushed, you will be losing HP.
Take a straw and blow through it. Then take one and pinch it a little and blow through it. The pinched straw will have less flow then the unobstructed straw. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?

most headers when purchased used have minor dents on the bottom . wish i had a pick on this computer to show you. usually they're not too bad, just scrapes from like speed bumps or something. if it looks bad, then it probably is bad.
