Default Fuel Pressure

I have a 88 CRX-SI with a z6 motor and RC injectors, AEM Fuel pressure reg., walboro ext. pump, and B&M gauge. My injectors are 270cc and I don't have a cat. on the car other than that the car is stock. My question is what psi should I have my fuel set and do I check the fuel pressure with the hose attached or unattached. Thanks in advance.

I know a lot of you guys out that have adjustable fuel pressure regulators. If you can just tell me if the hose should be connected or disconnected when determining fuel pressure I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

i think it should be disconnected since that simulates fuel pressure at WOT. just usin common sense so i might be wrong.

I did it with the hose connected and it worked out great.

I set pressure with the car off by priming the pump and then looking at the gauge. Seems to work for me... I don't touch the hose. I might be wrong in my technique though, but who cares, as long as my tune is built around the fuel pressure I have no reason to modify it.
