What do you think?
I purcahsed a 4th gen accord from one of my friends. The car had been under water most of the way. Do you think this car will even start once I get the motor back in. It has a JDM H22 that I just got done rebuilding and I've cleaned almose every electrical clamp and sensor and stuff that I could find that I think might be a problem. I'm kind of going to be upset if I get this motor in and eveything setup on it and then it won't start. The battery was hooked up while it was under water so that's what I think might lead to a problem if anything does. What does everyone else think?? Any help would be appreciated.
Corrosion in the electrical connectors/relays will lead to major problems. If not now, then w/in 1 year.
Unfortunately, this is why the DMV tags flood cars with "FLOOD" on title & why insurance companies write-off flood cars.
Focked.
