my b20/vtec with TODA Bs dyno, what do you guys think?
just got dyno tuned at Inlinepro is Springfeild VA.
my current setup:
JDM B20B
Eagle Rods
Endyn Rollerwave 84.5mm 12:1 Pistons
inlinepro custom headgasket (comp is now 11.8:1)
01 Type R head
01 Type R Intake Manifold
01 Type R Throttle Body
Ferrea Stainless Valves
Portflow Retainers
Power Enterprise Belt
TODA Valve spings
TODA Spec B cams
TODA Header
hondata
JDM ITR Tranny
AEM Cam gears, UNTUNED
AEM CAI Intake
AEM Fuel Regular
AEM Pulleys
Prelude 290 Injectors
carsound cat
stock USDM itr exhaust
I have a huge exhaust restiction. haven't saved enough money for the hytech or SMSP exhaust. the cam gears weren't touched yet, hopefully next dyno run, I could tune them.
hp:196
tq:134
I was hoping to make more power than that, what do you guys think?

These numbers look a little low
What crank are you using? Your torque numbers should be more in the 150 range... When I had a similar setup my #'s were in the 215hp 155tq range

yeah, A/F was tuned to creat the most power out of what I had. I was hoping for more than 200whp, I don't know if the tuner did a good job or not, I don't know enough about tuning to know.
next dyno, I'll have an icebox and dump the AEM CAI, SMSP/Hytech exhaust, tune cams, bump my comp back to 12:1, and maybe get a nice P&P but donno if that's will be worth it.

pretty good numbers there. i am sure you can gain way more power if you tune the cam gears. i gained anywhere from 6-30 hp throughout the entire rev range when i ahd my car dyno tuned.
I know that some people may get great gains with spec B's but it just seems that they are really hard to tune, and that more people are hurt from the spec B's then helped, but maybe I am wrong. I bet if you changed to spec C's you would see awesome results, but none the less pretty good numbers. Thanks for posting!
TODA Bs are hard to tune, is that the word on the street? inline pro has only done a handfull of TODA Bs and they told me that they were more familiar with the Skunk family. next dyno run, after my icebox and exaust, I'll go pay SgT for a visit and see what he can do. thanks for the good feedback everyone

see this is where MIS INFORMATION gets tossed around....a CAM IS A CAM IS A CAM......they aren't any harder too tune than anything else out there!!! GEZZZZ

looks like you drew that with a red sharpie

well if you look at the numbers above that....then you'd see.....but yes lines were traced with a sharpe cause we don't have a scanner and if you ever see a plot where they took the picture....well you can't see it...so we made it alittle easier!
