I have an autometer EGT gauge, but my probe is a different brand. The probe has black/white wires and the gauge has green/purple. Anyone know which wire goes to which? Also, just wondering how I can extend my EGT probe wires. The probe I bought isn't regular wire, it looks more like a VERY thin steel braided line with plugs at the end. Hard to explain, I can snap a pic of it tomorrow. I was told to use copper speaker wire.
