Default Is this a leak? if yes, what kinda of leak is it?

Hi, Yesterday and today I noticed there is somekind of leak understand my front bumper on the Passenger side? Is not alot at all, it's just a small spot on the ground. the color of the leak is clear but it does have a tiny bit of greenish color if I looked at the droplet from underneathe the bumper. After the cars cooled down I checked my Radiator antifreeze level and it's up to the filter level, the antifreeze reservoir has quarter inch above the MIN line.
1)MY NEXT question is? could it be the plug that is sligly loose?
I also realized that my AC is on for the past 2 days I guess after inspecting the Instrument panal buttons(I didn't know it before is because the panal buttons lights are blown).. and
2)Could it be water front the AC?(again, the so called leak is on the right side front bumper)

clear.. sounds like water... low fluids sounds like u need to top 'em off... but as for that idk, check your cooling system thoroughly. there hasnt been any abnormal over-heating?

no abnormal overheating. I just checked the levels of anitfreeze today and the radiator still has up to the filter. the reservoir tank still has a little above min level. BUT there is still drops of liquid on the ground and I could see that it is slightly greenish from the drop that's abbout to fall to the ground. I made sure that the AC is off today when I used the car, Only the heater was on cause it's cold here. so I 'm going to check tomorrow if it's still the same.
anymore comments?

sounds as though you have a coolant leak . check your radiator and hoses thoroughly that is all that is in that area for coolant parts

Check the radiator at the top tank (not reservoir) seam with the radiator core. Check for any signs of green residue. The top seam is a weak point in integra rads.
