Ive seen the spiral flow in a magazine and dont like the design, looks like too much restriction going through that spiral.

I would run a resonator plus muffler. I think thats a good balance between reduced noise and power gain.

are you kidding? a high flow cat is supposed to be almost as good flow as open pipe AND you don't **** people up with the toxic gases you would be putting out. Why is this even a choice?

NO RESONATOR, JUST HIGH FLOW CAT. YOU WILL NEED TO WELD 3IN . FLANGE TO CURRENT HEADER TO ATTACH TO 3IN. CAT. WHEN YOU GET YOUR TURBO SET-UP THEN USE THE 3IN.FLANGE OFF YOUR (OLD) HEADER FOR YOUR 3IN. DOWNPIPE.........ON TURBOED CARS WHEN SPOOLED THE EXHAUST TONE IS LOWERED . I HAD 2IN. EXHAUST AND REPLACED WITH 3IN. SS THERMAL,NO RESONATOR THE POWER INCREASE WAS DRASTIC.
