I have a 95 civic with a d15b7, and when i am going through the gear it sounds like it just wont pull anymore the 4000 range and i was wondering if there could be something wrong with the chip or if the engine just sucks.

What chip?? That isnt a real strong engine in the first place though.

 

Has it ever pulled after 4k? By chip do you mean ecu?

 

im with usdmdc2 throw it to the curb and put a z6 in tha hole.
