Default bolt on my crankshaft accessorie pulley came off while driving

bolt on my crankshaft accessorie pulley came off while driving and the pulley fell off on to the road. replacing it is no problem....my question is: did it do any damage to my car internally due to throwing off the centrifical force that was applying to the crankshaft? my timing belt is in tact and the time is fine...someone tell me im just being a *****?
