Here is a copy of an answer I gave someone recently.......................
Take some more time to research this out (and buy tools) and do it yourself.
I didn't know anything about a turbo eight months ago. I thought it was some magical thing you just slapped on car and it went fast. I searched all over the internet and mostly honda-tech and found out all the parts I needed, which parts were better than others and how to put them together. Buy the parts along the way and set them aside until you feel comfortable.
Here are a few links to how-to's on turboing a car. This first one is great, breaks down what each piece does, where it goes etc...Even give you a picture of how the system goes together on a motor OUTSIDE a car.

This link is on honda-tech, it is a link to a how to on every part of the turbo install from putting the fittings in your oil pan for oil return to installing piping etc...

Read these, over and over and over and over as well as others, search for questions you have that others may have had too!
Tools you need are very basic.
Keep asking questions. I thought it was harder than it turned out to be too!! But it will usually take more time than you thought cause of little parts you need like fittings, clamps, stuff like that.
Edit. just a fyi I now put down 261whp and 174 tourqe at 10psi on GSR motor. Working on better tuning to get to 300whp
My last two cents is after you spend all this money....don't try to be a cheap *** and buy a vtec controller or some other piece of **** like emanage to be your engine management. THIS IS THE UTMOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE SYSTEM. BE ready willing and able to spend good $$ on good engine management. LIKE HONDATA!!!!!!!!!!
