my exhaust was rattling like crazy too and i fixed it by getting new exaust holders...those rubber things...i got aftermarket holders and they hold my **** tight, it rattles no more...replace those and it might help.

Ditto on the rubber hangers. They might be ripped and causing you to hit the rear sway bar, an exhaust heat shield or part of the chassis. Also could be that a heat shield is loose.

My HKS Sport touches my ST rear anti-sway bar. Its really annoying sometimes. For some reason it has gotten worse after putting in the PG7 ECU.

well my brother posted this without me knowing, but yea. it's my car. I'm almost positive its not hitting the ground even tho i basically tuck the tires. It sounds like its coming from the right side of the driver seat right under the e-brake, maybe a little farther back. its a custom aftermarket exhaust.

Do you still have your heat shields on?

I would bet it is the heat shield that is rattling. My exhaust does the same thing, but only when idling.

What size pipes do you have?

heat shield or broken hanger. get that car up in the air and shake that pipe a little, you'll find where it's hitting.

It could also be the headshield that is welded around the cat. On most cats those welds are crap and break easily. My headshield is held on with CV boot bands because of that.
