turbo gsr motor build up need some help!!!

i recently spun two bearings for a stupid reason i had my turbo kit for a week and the oil return line got loose and i was running on no oil for 2 miles now the motor is gone.....time for F/I motor build up
i was plannin on blownin the motor up later down the road but it came so soon i was plannin to go 85mm sleeve from golden eagle etc piston and rods
now since money is really tight and i need the car workin

Wiesco 10:1 Piston
Probe Rods
ACL or Honda Bearing whichever one we can get a hold of first heard ACL was on back order
mircopolish crank
hot tank
balancing
all new seals
oem head gasket should i stick to stock or get a thicker one???
AEBS head studs
i didn't even make it to the dyno on stock GSR bottom end
Hondata hella works i had a vafc b4 that with DSM injector bogged all time
hopefully i make some nice numbers on new bottom end.........
any guess what knid of number i will make
i have custom turbo kit from SpoolinPerformance.com
with a t3/t4 .57 trim a/r 50 log style manifold, Tial Wastegate and BOV
running 8psi street......
along with a Type R head ported from Portflow with a AEBS im, ITR tb, skunk2 valve springs, ITr retainer......
whats the max boost psi i can run on street.......
just relaly need advice on the block is it good enough
