Intercooler pipe needs bending
The intercooler pipe that comes off the bottom of the turbo needs to be bent about 1/2". It hangs to low to the ground. Now on locally can bend the pipe how can I do it myself? Is it even possible?
Here is the thing....its a Greddy type 31 kit and it has an elbow after the pipe from the intercooler. What i need to do is be able to bend the pipe that comes off the bottom of the turbo so I can turn the elbow up and get it away from the ground. Does that make sence?
Damn I wish! I am about 2 more hours north of you. What are you thinking? I called every fabricator in my area and the biggest pipe they can bend is 1.5". Is there a diff between bending aluminum and steel?
does it only need a slight bend? im almost sure any muffler shop would be able to do the trick. and not crush the tubing
if that doenst work, i have an extremly capable fabricator that will definitly be able to figure something out.

What about a 90 degree bent hose coupler right off the bottom of the turbo? Then I could cut 90 degree off the pipe and put it stright in. Anywhere to buy a 90 Degree bent hose other then http://www.turbohoses.com?
