If it's a DC, then take off the two screws on the top of the black bezel. Gently pull from the bottom to take it off. The cluster is held in by three screws, unscrew those. Unplug like 3-4 plugs (forgot how many).

When I did mine on a 00' gsr I couldn't get it off by gently pulling. I had to give it a pritty hard tug, but be careful not to crack the window

it helps to get out the bezel if you first pull the top out a really small bit (about a cm) then pull out from the bottom. i found this way it would get it out of a little notch or something that made it hard to pull out just from the bottom.

Yeah its pretty simple actually......just unscrew the 2 screws on the top of the bezel, and then unscrew the 3 screws holding the cluster down to the frame.....thats it !
