I weighed mine when I took them out. I can't find the thread but I believe they totalled 3lbs.

i pulled mine out along with everything else. headliner, plastic interior, rear window wiper, rear seats and rear seat belts, & rear carpet. Im going to pull out the sound deading crap from the chassis soon.
Ohh and if you dont have rear seat i cant see any reason to keep the belts in.

those seats belt retractors,the air bag/bags and rear wiper combined probably weigh more than all the plastic interior peices combined minus the dash. i have removed the belts,bags,wiper and rear seat but i really like my door panels
