What are the signs of a bad wideband O sensor?

Default What are the signs of a bad wideband O sensor?

my tech edge just sits at 14.7-14.8, the sensor gets hot when I turn the ingition key on without the engine running. Anyone got any ideas?

Wideband o2 sensors are heated so thats ok. L1H1 sensor right? If somebody has their civic helm's manual handy they could check the o2 sensor troubleshooting section (so you can test the sensor with a multimeter).

The acutal, answer is the ground wire was broken.
