for some reason, whenever i keep the throttle at about 1250 or 1300 RPM this weird sounding rattle ..or kinda like shatter sound comes from i think the front of the car. the sound usually isnt there when i am accelerating or decelerating for some reason. what could this be? anybody know? any info appreciated. thanks alot.

pop the hood and have a buddy take a listen..

heatshield maybe? "the front of the car" is kinda vague.. A LOT of stuff up there could be rattling..

a chattering clutch won't sound too much like a rattle. i had the same problems, after so long i just got so fed up with it i took every one of my exhaust heat shields off.

another thing it might be are the tension springs for the exhaust, i've heard a couple people complain about them and i as well had the same problem. i'm not using the tension springs/heat shields anymore and i have no more rattles
