Default Bent valves??? how to tell.......

what methods u guys use to see if u have bent valves???

i drove on rain the other day and my motor started ******* idle like ****
sounds like misfire or blown spark plug
i checked spark plugs and they work, checked fuel injectors and works fine
NO CODES!!
no overreving, and or misshifts, or downshifts
and idles rough... but after 2200 rpms it drives fine and without hessitation and or problems or loose of power... no ticking at all neither and i am using a doctors tetoscope and all.... no out of ordinary ticking
spark plugs look dry without any condensation on them... so i dont beleive water spams them
now i am inclinin into mechanical problems... i know my motor didnt suck any water at all... the filter was kinda dry

now other than compression test... and see wich one is low... and doing a leakdown test... meanwhile i get a hold of those,. what tricks u guys have used to see if theres any bent valves.

and while we at it, lets make this a search topic worthy..... search for this topic on this forum sucked

To be completely sure you would want to perform a Leak-down test. This would better indicate which valve(s) are bent.

You check your spark plug wires' resistance? I had massive backfire all the way up to 3k found out two of my four wires were bad. Replaced them and haven't had a problem since.

well got around to do some compression test.
Results:
190, 190, 145, 190

#2 was done 3 times to get a baseline constant reading... indeed somethings wrong

time for a leakdown test and see where the air is escaping to... ill keep ya posted
