I searched and couldnt get the answer i was looking for...wat is the best method of takin the paint off a car??

 

Wet sand paper then prime and paint and clear coat x2

 

Depends on what kind of paint it is... .

1) Sanding
2) Chemical Stripping
3) Razor Blade

 

i just need to get stock white paint off of a integra so it can be painted..

 

What color are you planning on paiting it?? If you have the time I would wet sand (this is the only way I have done it) but chemical stripping might be easier....it will take it down to the metal so you can prime and paint and clear coat it and I would take before and after pics and post them

 

where can i get the chemical stripper from?? and do i have to take the windows and stuff out or can i jus put it on??

 

Probably can put it right on. Go to a home depot, or specialized paint place really. Tape off everywhee you dont want to get it, obviously/

 

wat would happen if i used aircraft paint remover on the car???

 

don't get striper unless you need it to get down to metal
no need for it
the only thing you need is to rough up the old paint to put a sealer and new paint on it
don't get to much into it because when you mess with those strippers some times you can get screwed

Wet sand it.

 

just rough up the top coat of clear and prime and go on to your next step.
