Hey guys...as far as posting here, I'm kinda new...I've been taking in alot of the information I've been reading here for the past couple of months, and I'm ready to start tearing into my engine....Here's the lowdown.

I have a 91 Integra LS. It was approximately 127,000 miles on it...I'm interested in 1 of 2 options. Either I'm gonna go NA with a LS-Vtec with a B16a or B18c head..it just depends on what I find for the right price. I know that I want to upgrade the valvetrain in the head I decide on to rev up to around 9000k. Keep in mind this is gonna be a STREET vehicle...It may see the strip, but nothing too outta hand.
For NA, would it be feasible to keep my current B18a block, or should I look for one with less miles to rev that high? Also, in either case, what would I have to do on the block to safely rev that high...I believe my redline/fuel cutoff right now is 7000k? For pistons I was thinking of the Endyn B18VTEC RW's, because unless I found a b17a crank, I would not be able to use Vtec pistons (is that right?). As far as the head goes, I was looking at the Toda B Valvetrain Package on www.b17a.com and a mild ported head. For that combination, what kind of streetable CR would I be looking at?? I would hope that would net me about 190whp. Of course it would be professionally dyno tuned...I know of a guy with a good repuation in the Tampa area

Go with the Frankinstien LS/vtec conversion - more band for the buck. You're engine will be screaming. With over 120K miles you so start with a total tune-up.

Thanks for the info....I'm sure someone on the site was taken on this feat before...so what exactly should I do next? Could I go with CTR/ITR cams with CTR pistons? I'm not sure the Endyn pistons are in the CR I want to stay in...and what about revving abilities??
