thats what alot of us have been doin.... jsu buy a breather filter make it the same colour as you intake so it looks ok or just connect it to your intake again... all up too u

but her in toronto you get a nice ticket for having any type of open filters like aem breathers etc so i switched to a catch can....

where do you think the blow by gases are gonna go with a breather?

if you like messes, then by all means, get the breather.

i would atleast attempt to make one before i get a breather.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by civic_rice &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">would it be beneficial to get rid of the PCV system alltogether?
and just put a breather filter in place, letting the blowback vapors go into the atmosphere rather than back into the engine?

</TD></TR></TABLE>

It wouldn't be beneficial at all. Why would you plan on just removing it without a reason? An oil Catch can would be fine, but it is much better to leave it be with some pressure which help draw out the vapors.

don't get rid of the system. Breathers aren't good.
