car is acting different.

about a month ago i could reline the car at 8800 easily but now it seems like it doesnt wanna go past 8k. any ideas?

When is the last time you did a tune up?
1) Plugs
2) Plug Wires
3) Dist. Cap
4) Rotor button
5) Change Oil

Did complete tune up and winterization 1500 miles ago. Tranny fluid. oil change plugs rotor new K&N plugs. all parts from honda cept the KN cone filter
