Seat Rail Problem

The Car: 2000 Ex
The Problem: I moved my seat to the far back position and now it wont come back up. Is it off the rail of jamed? If so how do you fix it?

you could start by unbolting the seat and checking it out.. you have to know the problem before you can fix it.

True that, but probably the seat adjust wiring came off. Its just 4 12mm bolts to take the seat out.

ill take the seat off and see what I can find

The adjusting wire is working but the seat is jammed so far back i cant get a wrench at at the back right bolt
