Default What color wire for " (-) ground-when-armed input"? viper
a friend gave me his dei 516u voice module today. I hooked it up and everything besides an orange wire. the wiring diagram says to splice it to the the ground when armed wire...does anyone know which wire that is? btw, i have a viper 791vx alarm..thanks

DEI alarms use an orange wire for ground when armed. It may already be in use for the starter kill, but you can just splice in to it.
