Default flooding/not firing after walbro 255 install

i recently installed a walbro pump on my 89 crx dx w/b16 now car won't start.....before, it would fire right up. now it just turns over. i checked the plugs and they are filthy black and smell like raw fuel i was wanting to see if anyone has any idea of how i could fix this. also i just installed a fpr and it doesn't read and psi at alll its a stilen and i ran the fuel tank return hose to the aftermarket fpr and ran another hose from the aftermarket one to the stock one ....anyone have a clue thanks tim

your grammer is horrible. if i understand what you are saying, you hooked up both aftermarket fpr and oem fpr together in series. that is a big no no!! only use one fpr. plus you need fuel pressure gauge to set stock fuel pressure.

your GRAMMER is horrible too....... j/k how would i hook up only one fpr when i have a fpr that just runs inline like an fmu??

sounds like your super rich. I bet your static fuel pressure is >100psi. take out the aftermarket fpr or get a working fuel pressure gauge.

well the problem was the same before i put the aftermarket one on.....my car ran fine before i put the damn fuel pump in thats why i dont understand why its not wanting to fire now anyone ever had a fuel pump that make your car ungodly rich?

yeah its on the stillen regulator and it doesn't read anything i already checked the gauge on an air compresor and it works. i have my fpr hooked up just like anyone would hook up an fmu so i dont know what the hell is wrong anyone have anything else to help me out?

your fuel pressure is too high. Thats why its not starting. You need to buy an AEM regulator. Those B&M pieces of **** wont work. Also, I wouldnt reccomend drilling a hole in your stock regulator to lower the pressure. Your only options are to buy the AEM which will be able to lower the pressure to a workable level, or get your ecu chipped and scaled for the change in fuel pressure.
