Default catalytic converter and more torque

I have 2 questions: Will my 2.5 in/out hi flow cat directly bolt on to my 2 inch OEM piping, or should i just hollow out my cat? And how do I get more low end torque out of a f22b2?

it would make a difference on stock exhaust system.

dont waste your time and the oem cat, you can get a test pipe for under 20 buck.

and please dont type in bold

well its obvious that the two pieces wont hookup.. you cant put 2.5" cat on a 2" exhaust.. its not kosher.. i would just hollow out your cat or take it out completely (if your state doesnt have smog laws)

don't do either. Unless you have some serious power upgrades, gutting your cat or trying to mount the big one on will cost you torque, not give you gains. A little backpressure is a good thing and Honda cats are already pretty damn efficient. a test pipe is not as detrimental because the diameter would stay the same, but isn't really worth it either. Do it when you go forced .

basic math

2" piping is smaller then 2.5" Inlet

so O = O

you tell me does that fit?

actually it will fit cuz the test pipes are flanges to the stock exhaust flanges thus thier all the same size less you have done exhaust work and unless your turbocharged all stock aftermarket headers for the accord use stock flanges and even more so theres the o2 sensor housing which i havent seen anyone change so.

this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...43632

will bolt right up to your stock exhaust and or aftermarket exhaust
but will not work if your boosted, or have changed the o2 sensor housing.
it says highflo cat in the listing but its just a hollow honeycombed Testpipe.

If you want more low end, buy a bigger engine or bore/stroke the one you have.

Displacement = torque

4cyl's make power up high in the rev range.
