Keep your car secure!!!!!
my brand new alpine cda-9815 cd reciever and kicker solo baric setup was just ripped from me. some ******* broke my driver side window, and proceeded to steal almost all of my ****. about a $1300 loss, and no, i dont have full coverage. my car is always in my garage, but i am out of town visiting family for the holidays, and the car was parked outside in the driveway. **** happens...big time! anyways, just giving everyone a friendly reminder to stay on top of car security.
Did you forget to remove the face plate from your stereo? It seems like the theif is only interested in your stereo equipments, thank gawd they didn't hijacked your ride!
I've had a Pioneer CD player since '98 and I've taken the faceplate out everytime I leave. The day I left the faceplate in (June 02) was the day some fgt jacked it from me in my own driveway

the face was off of it, but the cd player was out of my dash, sitting in my back seat. i was fixing some wiring issues earlier that day, and i just didnt ever get around to putting back in because i had to be somewhere with my cousin. im almost glad though that it wasnt put back in my dash, this way the thieves only got the cd player without ******* up my dashboard. anyways, it still sucks, but my cousin came through for me and bought me a new sub & amp, so im starting to piece it back together slowly. anyways, just keep an eye on your stuff guys, thieves target civics soooooo much nowadays.
