that is the problem I am having.
I am thinking its the TPS but not sure anyone ever have this problem.
I had the same problem with my B16a Xsi 92-93 Motor and same problem with my CTR Motor I put the TPS from the XSi on the CTR Throttle BODY.....
its a CTR motor it only has one Hole inside the throttle body.

IS YOUR IDLE CONCERCN ON A HOT OR COLD ENGINE? SCINCE YOU DID NOT GET A TPS NOR A I.A.C. CODE MY EXPERIENCE WOUD LEAD ME TO BELEIVE THAT YOUR IAC MOOTOR IS STICKING POSSIBLY ONLY INTERMITTENLY. A VACCUM LEAK WOULD ALSO RUIN YOU IDLE QUALITY YOU MUST CLOSELY CHECK FO A VACUUM LEAK.YOUR IAC MOTOR HAS THREE 12MM NUTS YOU CAN TAKE IT OFF AND -CAREFULLY- CHECK ITS OPENING AND CLOSING(SHOULD BE RAPID) WITH A 12 VOLT SCOURCE.
