you can run anything that you want, but i would run nothing less than 91 unless you are broke then cheaper = better hehe

91 or 93 depending on where you live...

whether i hurt my engine or not i have no idea but it didn't seem to have any problems so i just used diesel cause it was cheapest...

oh now wait i used 87 octane, cheap california unleaded.

87 will make the engine knock. When i was looking for my integra 2 years ago I test drove a 95 GSR that the owner always used 89...motor sounded like it was about to fall apart

Always use 91 or higher, but nothing too high like 100 (unless you need it) because it will do nothing but waste your money.

I heard using too high of an octane would actually drop your power numbers.. I put 89 most of the time on my b16 and sometimes 91 when I come across the nicely priced ones.

premium gas only!!!! 91-92 nothin less!!! I use Chevron Supreme with Techron! (it's the best!)

YES!
I guess no-one ever noticed that right under the fuel guage in VTEC equipped cars it says in bold letters: "USE ONLY PREMIUM GRADE FUEL"

i have a jdm gsr with higher compression and it runs fine with shitty 91 so cal gas. No problems for the last 30k miles. Just keep the timing at 18 degrees no more than that.
