What octane to put in my stock JDM GSR motor?
whether i hurt my engine or not i have no idea but it didn't seem to have any problems so i just used diesel cause it was cheapest...

87 will make the engine knock. When i was looking for my integra 2 years ago I test drove a 95 GSR that the owner always used 89...motor sounded like it was about to fall apart
Always use 91 or higher, but nothing too high like 100 (unless you need it) because it will do nothing but waste your money.

I guess no-one ever noticed that right under the fuel guage in VTEC equipped cars it says in bold letters: "USE ONLY PREMIUM GRADE FUEL"
