i have a 97 civic, and i got new 6 1/2 inch pioneer speakers for the front. the problem is that the stocks ones are connected by a clip to the wires, and the new ones dont have that clip. how am im supposed to install them?

sorry for the stupidity,i know its probably a simple job, but im not much into sound systems.

 

Go to Best Buy, and get speaker harnesses for $5.99, which will plug into the factory wiring... The spades on the wires go to the terminals on the speakers. You may also have to cut the basket in the door to get the speakers to fit so you can put the grills back on...
