Stuck ignition Rotor!!

Default Stuck ignition Rotor!!

I bought the stuff to do a minor tune- up, got to my ignition rotor and it is stuck like a bitch. CAn someone pleaze help me this is my only car so i need it fixed. How can I get it off? Thanks Car 1992 civic LX w/ 95 d15b7

did you take the retaining screw off? If not you need to click the engine over until the screw faces the little gap in the dizzy. If you did take it off I'm not sure what is causing it...

you did remove the screw holding it in right?

mine was stuck on there pretty good, despite removing the screw holding it in place. same motor exactly, d15b7, not that it should make any difference. but yeah, if you have already taken that screw out, just keep at it, pry it off, it'll give.

The rotor on my LS was stuck like ckuck! No matter what I tried I couldnt get the damn thing off. So the trust dremel cut it right off.

yeah you probably cant see the screw. crank the motor until you can see it, then take it out.

I had already clicked the motor over and taken out the retaining screw. Ill find some way to get it off, thanks.
