Default Thanks again to H-Tech's member's install advice (JDMSRS)

Well, It was striaght forward but first I didn't break tabs off cable reel and just rotated it. NO Good! Later in the day, I found out the key pin plate cannot seat flat on the hub by the spline shaft and eventually the wheel will get loosen. I then removed the wheel and then remove the Cable reel tabs, so now the plate by the spline can rotate to accomodate the Key slot on the wheel hub. Now is install nice and solid. I just have to get an Wheel Alignment because I tried 2 position while install the Steering wheel and it goes either slightly to the right or the left.
THANKS to all again for the help!

They are ok, just use for covering up my OEM mats.
I do have to use big paper clips from office supplies inorder to clamp them together
so they stay on top w/o sliding.
