my dad takes his crv to odonell honda in MD to get maint. and i was looking at the old recipts and they seem to replace a 14mm washer, brake rotors, head/cylinder gaskets everytime......is this normal or am i getting ripped off??

i really don't see why they are replacing a head gasket every service. i could understand the washer with an oil change. maybe even the rotors need service after 20k-25k miles. are you sure they are seperate reciepts or just copies of one? also, those things listed could be stuff that is being inspected. by dealer does a very extensive service everytime i bring my car in for an oil change.

How much is the "bill" everytime? if it's only like $60 then they are just checking gaskets and the rotors. the 14mm washer should be changed everytime anyways
