allmotorlsvtec motor break in...

10w30nonsynthetic oil used, whats the complete break-in procedures u guys recommend.? i was told this n that..blah blah. let me hear your guys opinions thanks

non-detergent oil for first 500 miles to help rings seal faster....also http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm seems to appeal lots of people

Yeah I have heard good things about the above as well, I am going to try it on my next motor.

Others on this board have tried it, I know I have read at least 3 posts about it.
