Are 00' RL rotors required to be turned on car?

Are 00' RL rotors required to be turned on car?
I was wondering if the Rotors on my mom's RL were able to be taken off that way I can take them down to the local shop to get the brakes done for cheap and save some money

how many miles are on the RL???
yea you can take them off the same way you do on any other acura
