Im not familiar with Cusco clutches..what kind of clutch do you have?? Is it a dual plate, sprung or a puck clutch???

If it is a harsh clutch/dual plate it will rattle and make noise when not engaged.

i don't have the same clutch, but i had noise problems with aftermarket bearing, it was smaller than oem, after replacing for oem my problems were gone.

Plate style clutches are supposed to rattle.

Is it a strapless pressure plate? If so, the rattle is normal. My Tilton does the same thing-sounds like ***

It sounds COOL!
Nothing like watching people jump back when you start it or press the clutch
because they think something is gonna come loose. hahaha
